Community Manager
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager with a clear view of how to build and run a world-class member community. As Community Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Community, Social media platforms, improve product features and functionality, and amplify the voice of the customer throughout Abundo.
Our strong community consists of thousands of members that go to hundreds of live events each week. We have 70+ NPS and super-engaged members (in a positive way!)
You will join our small team with strong ownership over our members and collaborate with colleagues in Customer Support, Partnerships, Product development, Marketing, and Analytics in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
- Help set the long-term vision for customer and community operations
- Proactively create brand relevant and engaging content.
- Create, manage and grow Abundo’s presence on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, blogs, and other strategically relevant online properties
- Refine, update, and execute on the strategy for the Abundo Community, including our Referral Program, Idea Exchange, and customer service
- Build audience and community around Owned editorial social channels
- Develop an approach to paid social strategy
- Review and drive critical metrics that capture health, activity, and engagement on the community, as well as the productivity and performance of the team
- Own backlog of improvement initiatives
- Champion the voice of the customer by following through on processes that gather and deliver actionable product feedback
Who you are
- You are passionate about community and customer support
- 2+ years of experience managing content and customer interactions across commonly used social media platforms.
- Additional technical support, customer service, and external communications experience is a plus
- You have excellent Swedish and English language skills; additional language skills a plus
- Knowledge on how to analyse and follow up on produced content and previous activities
- You have knowledge of community management software; familiarity with Intercom and Community platforms is a plus
- You have inclusive and collaborative working habits
- You care about data driven decision-making
- You have strong people, project, and event management skills
